This morning I called Wet Pet and spoke to Pat, who assured me that my HO T5 actinic 10,000k setup is the right light for the job, despite its "saltwater" label.
Being a neurotic, controlling female, I'm still concerned. I read on my fish forums that this is the wrong light, really. But I do trust the Wet Pet folks too. So I'm left to my own devices, I suppose. I'll have to...gulp...take Shawn's advice and give it a few weeks.
Last night I switched the placing of the small sword and the java fern. Not certain I love it.
